What we offer

Learning shaped around decisions

Fehujao provides structured programmes in decision-making — delivered through group sessions, private lessons, and personalised learning tracks designed for the way you think.

Group or individual. Online, with live instructors. Adapted to your pace, your context, and the specific decisions you face.

Programmes

Four formats, one focus

Group Decision Workshops

Cohorts of 6–12 participants work through structured scenarios together. Sessions run twice weekly, each 90 minutes, with a shared case study that evolves over the programme arc.

The group format exposes you to reasoning styles that differ from your own — which is where most of the learning actually happens. Instructors facilitate rather than lecture.

8-week programme
Suitable for professionals, team leads, and anyone whose decisions regularly involve other people's input or resistance.
01

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions with an assigned instructor. The pace, depth, and case material are chosen around your actual situation.

Flexible scheduling
02

Personalised Learning Paths

An adaptive track assembled from modules on cognitive bias, probabilistic thinking, structured analysis, and post-decision review. You move through them in an order that reflects your current gaps, not a fixed syllabus.

Self-paced + live check-ins
03

Live Q&A Labs

Open sessions where participants bring real decisions they are currently facing. Instructors work through them publicly.

Weekly, open access

What each format shares

Every programme at Fehujao is built around live interaction with an instructor — not pre-recorded video. Feedback is specific to your reasoning, not generic to the topic. Progress is tracked through applied exercises, not multiple-choice tests.

+

Group vs. Individual

Choosing the format that fits

Most participants arrive uncertain whether a group or individual format will serve them better. The answer depends less on preference and more on what kind of decision challenge you are dealing with. Group formats work well when your decisions involve other people or when exposure to different reasoning styles is itself part of what you need. Individual sessions are more appropriate when the decisions are complex, confidential, or require deep contextual work with an instructor.

Pace of progression

Group Individual

Group sessions follow a shared schedule. Individual sessions move at your pace.

Contextual depth

Group Individual

Private sessions allow sustained focus on your specific decision environment.

Exposure to varied reasoning

Individual Group

Working alongside others with different approaches is a distinct advantage of group formats.

Group format is well-suited when

You make decisions that involve teams, stakeholders, or competing priorities. You benefit from seeing how others frame problems differently. A structured schedule helps you stay consistent.

Individual format works better when

Your decisions are domain-specific, sensitive, or require detailed contextual analysis. You need to work at irregular hours. You want direct feedback on your particular reasoning patterns rather than general instruction.

Both formats can be combined

A number of participants begin with group sessions to build foundational frameworks, then transition to private sessions for applied work. Instructors can advise on this during an initial consultation.

Instructors

People who teach what they practise

Fehujao instructors are practitioners first. Each has worked in fields where the cost of poor decisions is concrete and measurable — strategy, policy, operations, and research. They bring that background into every session rather than teaching from a fixed curriculum alone.

Sessions are not scripted. Instructors respond to what participants bring — the actual decisions, the actual uncertainties, the actual pressure. That requires genuine expertise, not just familiarity with the material. Instructor assignments are made based on fit with your programme type and subject area, not availability alone.
