Where the platform came from
Fehujao started in 2017 from a straightforward observation: most people make decisions the same way they always have, regardless of whether those decisions work. The founders — educators with backgrounds in cognitive science and group facilitation — wanted to build something that changed that, practically and without abstraction.
The early sessions were small, held with community groups in Dublin. The format evolved based on what participants actually found useful: less lecture, more scenario work; less generic advice, more attention to individual reasoning patterns. That structure still defines how the platform runs today.
Sessions are delivered live — online, with real instructors — because the research on decision-making is clear that feedback loops matter. Reading about cognitive bias is not the same as noticing it happen in yourself during a timed exercise with other people watching.
